===Why can't I upload content yet?===
You must obtain at least “New User” [[Special:MyLanguage/Trust Rank|Trust Rank]] in our [[Special:MyLanguage/Trust and Safety|Trust and Safety]] system in order to upload content. You can get this by just spending a few hours in VRChat, hop some worlds, and make some friends. Give it some time and you'll get a notification that you're able to upload content.

You must have a VRChat account to upload content. You can't use a Steam, Oculus, Google, or Viveport account to upload content like worlds or avatars.

===Why does my name have a bunch of letters or numbers after it?===
If your name looks like this in-app:
Username a1bf
or something similar, you are using what we call a “platform account.” You created your account using a Steam, Oculus, Google, or Viveport account.

===I have a platform (Steam, Oculus, etc) account. How do I move over to a VRChat account?===
