Activities that will not raise your Trust Rank include:
- Standing or idling in a room (AFKing).
- Uploading a large amount of low-effort content.
- Mass-friending large numbers of users.
- Harassment towards other VRChat users.
Additionally, subscribing to VRC+, or being gifted a VRC+ subscription can increase your Trust Rank[1]. However it will only increase it once.
