ユーザーの信頼度は、VRChat の使用時間、コンテンツへの貢献度、交友関係などの指標であるトラストランクに反映される。

ユーザーが得るランクは次のとおりである (低い順から):

Visitor 始まりのランク。
New User アバターとワールド を VRChat へアップロードできるようになる。ただし、ワールドは非公開でのみアップロードできる。
User ワールドをコミュニティラボへ公開できるようになる。ほとんどの機能は、このランクで使用できるようになる。
Known User 「User」ランクとして扱われるようにすることができる。
Trusted User 「User」ランクとして扱われるようにすることができる。

特殊なランク

Friends あなたがフレンドになったユーザーに与えられるランク。アバターは「ノーマル」シールドレベルに表示され、他のトラストランクと同様にカスタマイズすることができる。
Nuisance 他人に迷惑をかけたユーザーに与えられるランク。そのユーザーのアバターは完全にブロックされ、シールドレベルに関係なく、デフォルトでミュートされる。ただし、手動でミュートを解除したり、アバターを表示させたりすることはできる。
