In VRChat McDonald's is a cross-platform world created by VR_Jen. It was published in 2021 as a faithful recreation of a real-life McDonald's fast-food restaurant found in suburban neighborhoods in the USA.

Design

The design found here is one of a modern McDonald's following the current standard for most found in suburban neighborhoods. It is filled with plenty of food items, that can be picked up and interacted with. Half of the space is reserved for seating, while the other contains the kitchen and order area. The restaurant is surrounded by several other stores such as Best Buy and Safeway, that are placed along a busy street. These stores cannot be entered, however. Next to the parking lot is a small playground, that is McDonald's-themed.

Drive-through

A yellow car, that is parked right by the entrance has 4 seats and will move through all steps of a drive-through order when a button is pressed while inside.

Happy Meals and timed events.

Regularly new themed events happen in this world. Usually in the form of changing the contents of the Happy Meal. Different kinds of toys will appear when interacting with these pick-ups depending on the current event.

Hover Boards

A couple of Hover Boards can be found outside to quickly navigate through the world.

Playground

There is a playground located on the top right of the McDonalds.
