Hello, I wanted to begin a Discussion on this article, to debate on the page layout. The only available badge to achieve at a regular user level is "Supporter". I wanted to know if there should be separate categories for "Former Badges" and "Special Badges" given that Early Supporter is no longer achievable, and the VRChat Team Alumni badge isn't a badge to shoot for. I also wanted to try to see if we can debate a category for "Proposed Badges" or "Upcoming Badges" since the badge for users contributing to the Crowdin localization for VRChat is not yet public. -DAG-XR (talk) 02:10, 17 July 2024 (UTC)

Mobile Initiate Challenges / Mobile Hero Challenges

- Visit 5 Worlds

- Make 2 Friends

-Mobile Hero Challenges:

- Try VRChat on Another Platform

- Log in 7 Days in a Row

I've spoken to a handful of people about this badge and the quests they were given, as far as I'm aware the all use android, will need to ask my apple friend if their quests are the same, or even present in the first place.

All the android users i've spoken to get Visit 5 Worlds, and Make 2 Friends the first time around, once completed will grant the Mobile Initiate Badge. Kitty (talk) 18:48, 6 February 2025 (UTC)

After about an hour or two, when opening the vrchat app again after claiming the first one, we all got "Try VRChat on Another Platform, and Log in 7 Days in a Row" Kitty (talk) 18:49, 6 February 2025 (UTC)

It may not be safe to assume the reward for completing this second challenge set would be Mobile Hero, but it's the only other option that makes sense, besides maybe a month of VRChat+ for free, sadly we will have to wait and see if the badge is obtained after the 7 day period, which in my case, I am only 1 day out of 7. For me, it was opposite "Try another plaform" then "Visit 5 Worlds", but result be same.

I did in fact obtain mobile hero after completing the Second set of challenges.

It is a separate badge that shows alongside the original, and not a progressive badge. Kitty (talk) 14:27, 12 February 2025 (UTC)

Hi, all. I talked to a few users who are in the iOS alpha, and they are unable to get the Challenges to appear on the iOS client; meaning that for now, they are Android exclusive. It's also apparent that anyone who has the Hero badge, and once had the Initiate badge no longer has it, giving the clue that this is a Progressive badge. I have shifted these two badges underneath the "Progressive badges" section. Feel free to revert or discuss below if you disagree with my observation, but I feel confident with my surveying.
