Over the years the French Community has mostly consolidated to meet up here. However, it is not uncommon to find instances that speak English. As a rule of thumb, a European instance is more likely to be occupied by a purely French community.

French Vibes is a cross-platform world created by xCommando. It was published in 2020 and has since grown to be one of the largest hubs for the French VRChat Community to meet.

French Vibes is designed to represent a typical urbanized community meeting square that is often found in France. Surrounded by dense housing stretching upwards, the central square features typical French activities like Pétanque. Also scattered around are objects and brands typical to France. Some of the apartments can be explored to several stories high. These give a great view of the community square below.

Activities

Besides Pétanque, Billiards, Connect Four and several playable Arcades are available.

Voice Areas

View from one of the Apartments

Due to its dense and vertical design, the world is separated into several voice areas. Getting close to entering a new one is indicated by a separator stripe on the ground. It is only possible to hear people within the voice area you are currently in.

Community

Over the years the French Community has mostly consolidated to meet up here. However, it is not uncommon to find instances that speak English. As a rule of thumb, a European instance is more likely to be occupied by a purely French community.
