As of March 27, 2024<ref>https://ask.vrchat.com/t/developer-update-28-march-2024/23676</ref>, owners of groups could choose to transfer the ownership of a group to another willing group member as long as both parties are subscribed to VRC+, and have available space. This should be taken under consideration, as all transfers are final.
