* Bring a friend. Like any competitive game, its better with a teammate
* Be flexible. Be ready to change perks and playstyle in order to combat opponent strategy
* Always select scout planes as a kill streak. Knowing enemy locations makes getting kills easier
* Pair a technique like B-hopping with extreme conditioning to move faster
* Make the reticle as close to the barrel as possible to improve accuracy
* Use the target practice in the lobby to improve aim

Gun Em Down is a cross-platform FPS game than can be played with up to 16 players. Players are split into teams of 8 max, called americans and germans.

Gameplay

1-16 Players, split into teams, compete to reach 1000 points. The game starts with teams spawning on opposite sides of the map. Some dialogue will play based on the side you are in. Once the dialogue ends, player gains control and can move forward. The match ends when either the 10 minute timer runs out, or the opposing team reaches a max score of 1000 points. These settings are based on the default settings and can be changed by the instance master.

Mechanics

The player recieves 10 points for every kill.

Players don't lose points by dying. The more kills gotten, the more points get added to the counter.

If a player reaches a certain number of kills without dying, they be rewarded with an item. The item recieved is based on what the player chooses to get in the killstreak locker.

The game contains a perk system that gives the player an advantage. Either by a speed increase (Extreme Conditioning) or a Bullet damage increase (Stopping Power)

Guns are based on which side you are on, but they all work similary. Auto, Semi- Auto, and Manual guns are present.

Players receive only one gun of their choosing. Selectable in the lobby.

Smoke Grenade Leaves a cloud of smoke limiting visibility
Bomb [Red] Drops a bomb to selected area determined by the player
Map Drops multiple bombs on various targets or a path
Katana/Mace Kills a player when struck

Some items are gained by selected perks, while others are gained via killstreaks.

The game features 8 different guns. 4 guns on each side.

*Please note that shots to kill are also based on range. It takes more bullets to kill the longer the range. Data is determined by medium distance*

Perks

Benefits the gives the player an advantage. Only one can be selected per row and a max of 3 perks can be selected. Perks can be unlocked by leveling up by getting kills or winning the game. Once a player reaches level 30, all perks are unlocked.

Killstreaks

Killstreaks are earned when a player reaches a certain amount of kills without dying. They can be selected in the lobby.
