GoGoLoco is a locomotion prefab designed to improve the default controller. On top of this, there are multiple toggles to turn off legs movement or jump animation as example. This tool can also be automatically installed along-side your VRChat Avatar project by using other third-party tools such as VRCFury[1] or Modular Avatar[2]
