VRChat's Community Guidelines, are a set of rules, expectations, and conditions, which are agreed upon creating a user account with VRChat, or interacting with the platform in any way. The VRChat Community Guidelines are based on VRChat's Terms of Service. The Community Guidelines were last revised on August 12, 2024.

It is the responsibility of every VRChat user to read, interpret, and follow the Community Guidelines. If a user skips over reading the Community Guidelines and proceeds to create a VRChat Account, the Community Guidelines are agreed upon, and the user is still bound by all expectations within.
