Les mentions légales et règlements de VRChat constituent un ensemble de documents juridiquement contraignants que l’utilisateur reconnaît et accepte. Ces documents définissent les règles, les attentes et les conditions d’utilisation de la plateforme. Ils sont acceptés lors de la création d’un compte VRChat ou lors de toute interaction avec VRChat. Chaque utilisateur de VRChat est responsable de lire, comprendre, respecter et maintenir à jour sa connaissance de l’ensemble des termes légaux et règlements.

Lorsqu’un utilisateur crée un compte, même s’il ne lit pas les Conditions d’utilisation, la Politique de confidentialité et les Community Guidelines, ces documents sont considérés comme reconnus et acceptés par l’utilisateur dès leur validation. Ils demeurent donc juridiquement contraignants. Les utilisateurs qui enfreignent les politiques ou les règlements s’exposent à un suspension de leur compte, que celle-ci soit temporaire ou permanente.
