VRChat Home is the default Home world, created by VRChat. You can access the VRChat Home, by opening your Quick Menu and clicking the Go Home tile, and choosing Default. To choose a new Home world, search for a world in the World menu, and choose the Make Home button. You can go there when you load into VRChat or click the Go Home button and choose Yes. You can reset your Home World by searching your Home World in the World tab, and choosing the Reset Home button.

The VRChat Home is a perfect place for beginners and veterans alike, and introduces new players to common VRChat concepts and menu options that are vital to the VRChat experience; all while being captivated in a calming space environment, with a chill lounge surrounded by alien architecture and plants.

There are interactive panels at the spawnpoint to change locomotion and movement to be more comfortable; the locomotion panel is different on each platform. Throughout the world, there are signs explaining core VRChat functions, as well as avatars that you can select near a mirror to look at the different avatars, and portals leading to different worlds. One of the highlighted worlds leads to No Time Two Talk, a social icebreaker game, great for all users. The other portals off to the side lead to curated worlds, and some of the portals may lead to an avatar world for you to find more avatars.

Near the mirror is an interactive music panel. The music heard by default in the VRChat Home world is "Youth" by Tony Schay, but can also be changed to three other songs: "Seeking Solice" by Arcane, "Partially Offline" by Andrea Baroni, and "SpeedTrials" by Rocktopus.

Occasionally, VRChat may host a sponsored event such as Spookality, and the theme for the VRChat Home may temporarily change, or an additional extension or portal to the VRChat Home will be presented.
