VRChat's Terms of Service, or 'TOS', is a legally binding agreement of rules, expectations, and conditions, which are agreed upon creating a user account with VRChat, or interacting with the platform in any way. The Terms of Service document was last revised on August 15, 2025.
It is the responsibility of every VRChat user to read, interpret, and follow the Terms of Service. If a user creates an account, and skips over reading the Terms of Service document, it remains legally-binding regardless as soon as it is accepted.
