Tupper's "work avatar[1]".

Tupper is the current Head of Community at VRChat. He joined VRChat as an email support agent in January 2018[1] and was later promoted to Head of Community allegedly through a "virtual" note from Graham Gaylor, one of VRChat's co-founders.[1]
