Le type de contenu suivant est autorisé sur ce Wiki :
Pages officielles
Official pages are curated by the VRChat Wiki team and contain information about official VRChat worlds, features, and other topics provided by the base platform. Users can suggest edits, but a Maintainer must approve them after publishing. Any user can freely start or discuss topics on the article’s "Talk" page.
These official pages will contain a noticebox at the top, like:
Official VRChat articles include information and citations, such as:
- Patch notes
- Feature documentation
- "User manual" information (controls, system requirements, UI, and menu layout)
Information on official pages is as accurate as possible at the time of the last edit; if an article has outdated or missing information, please make an edit. After submitting an edit an official page, your edit will likely require approval before changes are visible.
Community pages
Community pages can be created and edited by any user. These articles summarize VRChat's community content. You can start by searching for a community article in the Search Bar with Community: followed by a subject. If it does not yet have a page, and the content meets notability criteria, you can create it!
Community articles have a noticebox at the top, like:
Add this noticebox by typing: {{Noticebox/Community}}.
Guides
Guides are informative articles that help users learn about a subject, or perform a task step by step. Guides are pages that include Guides: within the name, and also includes [[Category:Guide{{#translation:}}]] in the source code.
Files
Files are images or media, that can be added to a page to visually enhance an article. Any user can upload files at Special:Upload. The VRChat Wiki team must approve images before they are added. It is generally best practice to upload images in .webp format.
Only upload files that are relevant to VRChat, or content on a page. Remove, or blur any usernames or groups from images. Do not upload any sensitive, inappropriate, or sexually suggestive content.
Verification
Information on VRChat Wiki should be accurate, and avoid misleading readers. Cite any external information, or use Wikipedia links to direct readers to relevant information.
When relevant, link to the VRChat Creator Documentation or to Unity Documentation.
Unreleased content
Information about upcoming features or functionality should not be documented if it is based on rumors, or speculation. If a feature or function has been documented officially by VRChat (for example, on a developer update), should be cited as a source. If content exists within the VRChat API, or localization tools, such as Crowdin, content such as this can likely be placed on the Community:Leaks page.
Discussion pages
Discussion pages, also called "talk pages", are available in the Discussion section of an article. Include a heading for the topic, followed by your content. End your post with four tildes: ~~~~
User pages
User pages serve as personal introductions where you can share information about yourself and your activities. While these pages should follow general Wiki policies, they're exempt from conflict of interest and bias guidelines, however please:
- Be respectful, do not use your user page to target others.
- Avoid using your user page as a promotional page. It should be you - your personal page, not a commercial pitch for your services.
- Do not place automatic redirects on your page, for moderation purposes, user pages must be the final destination - redirects to other pages aren't permitted as they interfere with moderation tools. If you would like your username to be displayed as the page's title, please use the following code:
{{DISPLAYTITLE:User: YOURNAMEHERE}}.
Personal conduct, and disputes
Back-and-forth edits and reversions may result from disagreements over changes, leading to repeated reversals in a short period.
Disputes may occur. However, VRChat Wiki, like other knowledgebases, must remain civil. To prevent conflict, use clear edit summaries and seek a neutral resolution on an article’s discussion page.
Alternatively, discuss a compromise on a user page. Do not harass or act uncivil anywhere on the Wiki, including discussion pages. Refrain from altering disputed sections until an agreement is reached. Assume good faith, as most contributors want to improve the Wiki but may have different perspectives.
