即時焦點 Live Now	『尋找正在舉辦的活動、查看群組活動，並了解好友正在做什麼。』 "Discover live events, see group activity and find what your friends are up to."	開啟主選單中的「即時焦點」標籤頁。
世界 Worlds	『探索並造訪不同的世界。』 "Discover and visit new worlds."	開啟主選單中的「世界」標籤頁。
角色 Avatars	『變更你的角色模型。』 "Change your avatar."	開啟主選單中的「角色」標籤頁。
社交 Social	『瀏覽位於房間內的用戶與好友。』 "Browse users in the instance and your friends."	開啟主選單中的「社交」標籤頁。
群組 Groups	『點擊以查看群組頁面。』 "Click to view the Groups page."	開啟主選單中的「群組」標籤頁。
商店 Shop	『從官方 VRChat 商店及社群購買內容。』 "Purchase content from the official VRChat store and from the community."	開啟主選單中的「商店」標籤頁。
起始世界 Home	『返回自己的起始世界。』 "Go to your Home World."	返回你所設置的起始世界，或返回官方預設的起始世界。

選擇 Select （非 VR）	『隱藏選單以更方便地選取眼前的用戶。也可以按住 [Shift] 鍵來啟用此功能。』 "Free look to select a user. Alternatively hold [Shift]."	此按鈕僅會在用戶使用 PC 模式或行動平台時顯示，可以直接進入選取用戶的介面。
坐下 / 站立 Sit/Stand （僅 VR）	『變更為坐姿模式。/ 變更為站立模式。』 "Change to seated mode. / Change to standing mode."	此按鈕僅會在用戶使用 VR 模式時顯示。點擊按鈕可上下調整你的視角高度至固定值，令你的角色進行蹲下、趴下或重新站立等動作。
FBT 校正 Calibrate FBT （僅 VR）	『校正全身追蹤（FBT）。』 "Calibrate full body tracking."	此按鈕會在用戶使用 VR 模式並已配對追蹤器時顯示。
安全 Safety	『調整從其他用戶身上，能夠看到以及聽到的各種內容。』 "Adjust what you see and hear from other users."	開啟子選單，用戶可將保護層級（Shield Level）設定為「最大」、「一般」、「無」或「自訂」。
