Changes to FBT Spine Mode will alter how your spine IK behaves with full body tracking.
[Lock Hip] Strict hip tracking. Avoids odd spine angles by allowing the head to drift.
[Lock Head] Strict head tracking. Avoids odd spine angles by allowing the hips to drift.
[Lock Both] Doesn't allow the head or hip to drift.
