VRCWiki:Notability

Notability is the concept of how to determine what kinds of content is worth including in the wiki. While there are already rule governing the types of content permitted on this wiki as a whole, notability guidelines apply within those categories to govern specific pages and their inclusion.

Notability Policy by Category

The following categories have a defined notability policy. Creating pages for content that does not meet the relevant criteria should be avoided, and failure to comply will result in the deletion of the content as well as the possibility of disciplinary action.

Worlds

World pages should only be created for the following types of worlds:

• Official VRChat worlds
• Worlds featured by VRChat (Spotlight and special event categories such as VKet and Jams)
• Worlds that meet all of the following notability criteria:
  • Worlds that have made it out of Community Labs
  • Worlds with at least 10,000 visits or 1,000 favorites

Pages should include the filled out world template, and contain some degree of additional information describing the world.
