Option 4 - Disabling IPv6 and forcing IPv4 use (DO NOT USE)

Many ISPs have started removing IPv4 capability completely, due to worldwide shortages of IPv4 addresses. If your ISP doing this, this method may not work, and may not allow you to connect to the Internet at all.
