VRChat's Legal terms & Guidelines are a legally binding agreement of rules, expectations, and conditions, which are agreed upon creating a user account with VRChat, or interacting with the platform in any way.
It is the responsibility of every VRChat user to read, interpret, and follow the legal terms & guidelines. If a user creates an account, and skips over reading the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines documents, it remains legally-binding regardless as soon as it is accepted.
