Group infobox template

Hello!

Just reaching out to let you know that while we appreciate you making a template for groups, we are still actively discussing to what capacity we will allow featuring specific groups found in VRChat's "Groups" feature. We want to make sure we have guidelines in place for all different facets of VRChat's UGC before we allow people to write about them freely.

I've placed a noticebox atop the page explaining the state its in and to wait before utilizing it, alongside moving it to Infobox/Group (singular) to match the naming scheme of other templates.
