Warp Effects are a feature, that plays a custom animation on a user when they enter or leave an instance.

Overview

Warp Effects can be accessed in the Cosmetics section of the Inventory page. They can be acquired through, Bundles, or the Shop.

When entering or leaving an instance, your avatar will have a new, Reference Cube-based warp effect. Only temporarily available during the 2025.4.1 Open Beta.
	Sigil of Teleportation	November 6, 2025	December 8, 2025	Buy from the Shop	A Sigil that adds a visual effect to your avatar, activating when you enter or leave an instance.
	Frost’s Bite	December 8, 2025	February 5, 2026	Buy from the Shop	Changes the warp effect on your avatar. When entering or leaving an instance, a pillar of ice erupts from the ground, encapsulating you and freezing your avatar as you shift between worlds. VRChat freezing while moving between instances? Working as intended.
	Wrapped Up!	December 8, 2025	January 1, 2026	Send 5 VRC+ or Shop gifts during the Holiday Event 2025	Wrapped Up! Adds a holiday-themed visual effect to your avatar, activating when you enter or leave an instance.
	Blow Up	December 29, 2025	February 5, 2026	Buy from the Shop	Changes the warp effect on your avatar. When entering or leaving an instance, you blow up... into small fireworks display. Doesn't hurt as much as you'd think.
	Woo-arp Effect	December 29, 2025	February 5, 2026	Redeem the New Year's 2026 Bundle	Changes your warp effect to be festive!
