Massive Medal Pusher ⁄ クソでっけぇプッシャーゲーム is an medal game world, created in 2025 by りくち_. The environment resembles spacious wooden rooms, featuring an interactive coin pusher, and world mascots: Sherbi, Paletta, and Ferretta.

Overview


Coin Pusher

The coin pusher is the primary feature of the world, which allows medals to be pushed into it. Medals are pushed into the machine, and creates more medals, and can generate other currencies which are earned by the user.

Medals

Medals are the primary currency of this world, and can be used to purchase perks, skills, and items at the shrine. Medals appear in different colors, shapes, and sizes. They can be earned by inserting medals automatically or manually, interacting with Roomkeeper Sherbi, earning them from falling Sherbi Ball objects, and winning from the Roulette, Sherbi Chance Game, or Paletta Chance Game.

Tokens are the primary shape of medals, and appear in the shape of a coin. A larger token indicates a larger payout. Compressed medals are cylindrical-shaped medals, and also have a larger payout than tokens. Gold is the primary color of medals, but can appear as pink, green. Gem medals are special, and can appear as sapphire, ruby, emerald, and, diamond.

Prized medals are gem medals that are collected, and will appear near the achievement board are being successfully earned.

Sherbi Ball

Sherbi Ball objects have a chance of being inserted into the machine, through purchased Perks and totems, or purchasing them in the Skills Shop. When they are inserted into the machine, they eject from the metal rail on the right side of the machine, or are released from the very top. Sherbi Ball objects come in a multitude of different colors, all with different effects, and can "chain" itself, earning the user a better reward.

A Sherbi Ball that chains itself will fall down the medal pusher, and give the "Continue!" pop-up text. The ball will re-appear, and will have a chain number on the face of the ball, showing how many times it has continued.

The Sherbi Ball is also an avatar pedestal that can be cloned from the second floor of the world.

Roulette

The Roulette wheel is situated at the top of the coin pusher, and gives a chance at deploying medals or Sherbi Ball objects. The roulette can be triggered through perks and totems, and can also be bought with SP Medals, using the "Fever Roulette" skill, making the roulette earn more, and activating the Sherbi Chance Game. The shop to the left of the Skills Shop can also activate a timer for a "Faster Roulette" perk.

Auto-Play Pass

Auto-Play Pass allows medals to be inserted automatically, instead of manually. Some perks and passive skills will not trigger with automatic insertion. Manually inserting medals while there is an elapsed timer on the Auto-Play Pass will only freeze the timer. The timer will continue counting down when manual insertion stops.

Skill Receiver

Altar and totems

Totems are passive skills that can be purchased with medals, and have varying benefits. Altars have to be purchased with medals first to place the totems. The shrine is located on the second floor. Effects from totems can stack with perks, other skills, and can compliment other totems. Finding the right combination of totems to use with each other is important to maximize medal earnings.
