Legal & Guidelines
VRChat's legal policies, and guidelines are a series of legally binding, and acknowledged documents by the user, consisting of VRChat's rules, expectations, and conditions, which are agreed upon creating a user account with VRChat, or interacting with the platform. It is the responsibility of every VRChat user to read, interpret, follow, and stay up-to-date with all legal terms and guidelines.
If a user creates an account, and skips over reading the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines, all documents are still acknowledged by the user, and remain legally-binding, as soon as it is accepted. Users who violate policies or guidelines, may result in having their account suspended temporarily, or permanently.
