VRChat è disponibile sui seguenti dispositivi mobili:

Smartphone

VRChat può essere giocato su qualsiasi dispositivo Android 10 o superiore con almeno 6GB di RAM e che è connesso ad una rete Wi-Fi o rete cellulare 4G/5G.

Qualsiasi dispositivo Android di media fascia o superiore dovrebbe soddisfare queste specifiche.

Steam Deck

Valve's testing indicates that VRChat is Verified on Steam Deck. It is fully functional on Steam Deck, and works great with the built-in controls and display.

• All functionality is accessible when using the default controller configuration.
• VRChat shows Steam Deck controller icons.
• In-game interface text is legible on Steam Deck.
• VRChat's default graphics configuration performs well on Steam Deck.

PC

Requisiti minimi

• CPU: Intel® i5-4570k o AMD FX 8350 o equivalente
• RAM: 4GB
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 970 o AMD Radeon™ R9 290 o equivalente
• Memoria Esterna: 21.5GB di memoria (~1.5GB per l'applicazione, 20GB minimi di cache per i contenuti)
• Connessione Internet: 25Mbps di velocità
• OS: Windows 10, Windows 11

Questi sono i requisiti minimi per usare VRChat su Desktop. Anche se l'applicazione appare in esecuzione, potresti incontrare vari problemi di prestazione. VRChat è composto maggiormente da contenuti creati dalla comunità, alcuni mondi ed avatar potrebbero quindi causare un calo nelle prestazioni rispetto ad altri giochi! È consigliato modificare le Impostazioni di Sicuezza per un esperienza ottimale.

È possibile scaricare l'applicazione Are you ready for Valve Index? per verificare la compatibilità con la modalità VR di VRChat.

Prestazioni consigliate

• CPU: AMD 5800X3D o 7800X3D, o 12th Generation Intel® i5, o equivalente
• RAM: 32GB
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce® RTX 3060 12GB o equivalente
• Memoria Esterna: 21.5GB di memoria (~1.5GB per l'applicazione, 20GB minimi per cache contenuti)
• Connessione Internet: 100Mbps di velocità
• OS: Windows 10, Windows 11

In merito alla CPU, ti servirà una 7800X3D visto che AMD ha cambiato il soket (AM5) con la nuova generazione. La serie processori AMD X3D funziona sorprendentemente bene su VRChat grazie alla sua ampia cache. In merito, invece, alla GPU, è raccomandabile disporne di una con VRAM abbondante.

Creazione account

Quando entrerai per la prima volta in VRChat, sarai portato davanti alla schermata di login. Come prima cosa dovrai leggere i Termini di Servizio (ToS) e la Polizza Privacy; successivamente avrai accesso alle funzionalità di login e cambio lingua. Potrai accedere tramite un account VRChat o tramite uno Steam, Meta, Google, Pico, o VIVE a seconda della piattaforma da cui giochi. Per accedere ad un account VRChat è necessario crearlo, registrandosi. Successivamente, accedendo, ti sarà dato accesso alla piattaforma VRChat, come anche al resto del sito web, con tutte le sue funzioni, tra cui: lista amici, la navigazione dei mondi, il proprio guardaroba avatar. Avrai inoltre accesso al Software Development Kit di VRChat, ai Forum di Feedback, ai Forum Domande, all'iscrizione al Programma Economia Creatori e potrai infine modificare la Wiki di VRChat.

Creating a device account via Steam, Meta, Google, Pico, or VIVE, will only grant instantaneous access to the VRChat application. It is also possible to merge accounts if you wish to generate a device account now, and later create a VRChat account. After merging your account, choosing to log into the device account will transfer your login to the VRChat account.

Learning how to use VRChat

When you log into VRChat, you’ll start in a private Home world! Here, you can explore at your own pace to learn the controls, adjust settings, find your first avatar, and go to your next world! The default Home world is the VRChat Home, a welcoming place to begin your session. You can choose to go back to your private Home instance at any time by opening up the Quick Menu, and choosing the Go Home tile.

When meeting another user in VRChat, you can open up your Quick Menu, and learn more information about a user. To do this in VR, point the laser in your off-hand at them. A capsule will appear, and you click the trigger button to bring open a separate menu. On desktop, you can either click the Select User tile, or hold the Shift key and hover over the capsule. Use the left mouse button to open the new menu. On mobile, simply tap on the user to bring open the menu.

On any device, you can also open the Quick Menu, and click on the Here tab, which looks like a GPS pin. The Here tab will bring open a list of users in the same instance as you! From here, you can read their biography, request to add them as a friend, change their microphone volume, mute them, hide their avatar, clone their avatar if available, or block them.
