Rename title from Guilds to Servers

• "Server" is the user facing name for Discord servers.
• "Guild" is a name for Discord servers only on the development side of things, like API/docs.
• "Guilds" are also a new user facing Discord feature that's a subtype of a server with specific usecase https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/23187611406999-Guilds-FAQ

Organizer description is a bit weird
