VRCWiki：身分組

VRChat Wiki 的管理及內容製作涉及多個身分組（Roles）。本條目將說明每個身分組的資格與條件，以及這些身分組應盡到的職責及貢獻。
使用者權限
特定身分組可經由 VRChat Wiki 團隊一致同意後授予給編輯者。目前這些特殊的身分組包括：自動審核組（Automoderated users）、校對人員（Proofreaders）。
自動審核組
自動審核組（Automoderated）會納入那些持續為 VRChat Wiki 做出貢獻，並透過遵守政策與編輯準則展現出信任度的使用者。這些使用者在涉及官方的條目中的編輯內容，將會自動通過審核而獲得批准。除此之外，自動審核組並不具備其他管理權限或額外的 Wiki 職責。
資格與條件
要成為自動審核組的組員，申請者應在 VRChat Wiki 上活躍至少一週，並具有多次優質貢獻，且無重大違規紀錄。而在其他維護人員（Maintainer）不反對之下，維護人員可以指派某位使用者至自動審核組。
職責與貢獻
與所有使用者一樣，自動審核組的組員必須遵守 VRCWiki 的各項政策。若經常性的違反政策或忽視風格指南，可能會被暫時撤銷自動審核組的身分。
校對人員
校對人員（Proofreaders）應專注於非英文文章的翻譯工作，並協助指導其他編輯者進行條目的在地化翻譯與校對。
資格與條件
若使用者在 VRChat 的在地化翻譯 Discord 伺服器中擁有「校對人員（Proofreader）」身分，並參與了Crowdin上的翻譯專案，便可被指派至 Wiki 的校對人員身分組。此外，若使用者持續為其熟悉語言發布高品質的翻譯內容，也有可能被選為新的校對者。
職責與貢獻
與所有使用者一樣，校對人員必須遵守 VRCWiki 的各項政策。校對人員的翻譯內容應該準確無誤，並以英文原文為基礎，遵循風格指南的格式與語言準則。當一篇文章被標記為「可翻譯」，校對人員即可開始翻譯其所分配的頁面。
如果某個條目尚未被標記為「可翻譯」，校對者應優先協助改進其英文原文內容，以便後續進行準確的翻譯作業。
VRChat Wiki 團隊
VRChat Wiki 團隊成員，是由 VRChat Wiki 管理員（即 VRChat 開發者）所指派的志工，其負責協助管理與維護 VRChat Wiki。
維護人員
維護人員（Maintainers）是 VRChat Wiki 團隊的重要成員，其負責對 VRChat Wiki 的運作與內容進行整體監督與管理，承擔相當程度的責任。
資格與條件
維護人員可以提名其他使用者擔任維護者角色。被提名者必須展現出持續且積極參與 VRChat Wiki 的紀錄，包含條目貢獻、在討論頁或社群論壇中的討論互動，並且需加入 VRChat Wiki 的 Discord 伺服器，以便與 VRCWiki 團隊進行協作。
被提名者必須展現對 Wiki 政策的承諾與遵守、具備可信度，且沒有重大違規紀錄，也未受到現有 VRChat Wiki 團隊成員的明確反對。此外，VRChat Wiki 的管理員（即 VRChat 開發者），仍保有否決任何新任維護人員的權利。
職責與貢獻
維護人員可在大多數內容區域中新增、編輯、刪除及保護頁面，也能審核、駁回或修改需要審核的編輯內容。他們也負責協助解決使用者在討論頁上的輕度爭議（參見 個人行為與爭議處理指引），並具備還原或回溯使用者編輯內容的權限。
維護人員亦可針對使用者的不當行為進行管理與處置。此外，維護人員會參與 Wiki 政策的決策過程，並可提名自動審核組、校對人員、其他維護人員等身分組的候選人。
維護者應在內容貢獻與管理審核方面保持適度的活躍，並盡可能地參與及貢獻團隊會議。若有濫用權限或無視 Wiki 政策的行為，則可能會被移除出團隊，其最終決定將由 Wiki 管理員裁決。
這是一個志工性質的職位，並沒有嚴格的工作配額要求。然而，若維護人員約兩個月未活躍或未事先告知便長期缺席，組長（Organizer）可能會聯繫該名成員，以確認其是否仍有意願繼續參與。若在通知後兩週內未收到回覆或活動情況未改善，該維護人員可能會被移除。過去的維護人員若希望重新加入，只要沒有明顯異議，且未被 Wiki 管理員否決，便可以恢復其職。
Organizers
Organizers are Maintainers who have extensive MediaWiki experience and have been entrusted with greater responsibility. They share equal decision-making leverage with Maintainers but have additional tasks.
Qualifications
Candidates must show consistent, active involvement in VRChat Wiki discussions and policy formation. They should have no major infractions and no strong objections from the VRChat Wiki team. Ideally, three to five users hold the Organizer role at once for balanced effectiveness.
When Organizer positions open, a formal call is made for applications with a two-week deadline. Maintainers can nominate themselves by creating a discussion topic explaining why they qualify. All Maintainers/Organizers may comment and vote (thumbs up/down) on each nomination. After the deadline, votes are tallied by subtracting thumbs down from thumbs up. Applicants with the most support fill the available positions. Ties may be resolved through Organizer/VRC Staff consensus. VRC Staff can veto any candidate at their discretion.
Responsibilities and expectations
Organizers act as liaisons between the volunteer Wiki team and Wiki administration. They organize, attend, and monitor meetings and discussions, resolve disputes within the team, and manage the VRChat Wiki team by checking in with inactive Maintainers or sanctioning them if needed. They also perform administrative functions delegated to them.
Organizers should be reasonably active in Wiki contributions, discussions, and meetings. They resolve disputes and serve as communication links between the VRChat Wiki team and Wiki administration.
They are volunteers with no strict quotas, but because of their added responsibilities, they should be more involved than Maintainers. Abuse of privileges or refusal to follow guidelines can result in removal from the team, finalized by Wiki administrators.
