Removed Hall of Nikei and Custom Avatar mentions

There was a section in this article briefly mentioning the world "Hall of Nikeis", as well as a section regarding the "Custom avatar" meme. This has been removed for a few reasons.

1.) This article is under the 'Official' namespace. Community content should not be listed under an official article; with some exceptions, such as if VRChat, Inc. officially collaborates with communities and groups within their platform (e.g. New Years, mention the content in a Dev Update or social media post).

2.) "Hall of Nikeis" does not meet VRCWiki:Notability guidelines.

3.) The "Custom avatar" meme is not very valuable to the average VRChat user, and is not necessary to have on VRChat's official Wiki. Though, any evidence of VRChat referring to the meme can possibly be listed as a <ref> on the article.
