Ideally, groups should accept moderation appeals and processes, but are not required to. Using an alternate account to query about a ban is still deemed as harassment. VRChat's Trust & Safety team will not involve themselves regarding appeals or disputes for groups. However, if a Group is violating VRChat's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, the group and users involved can be reported.
