- Squadre Permesse - mostra 12 cerchi su cui posizionarsi nella lobby. Molteplici giocatori possono stare nello stesso cerchio, questo permette di assegnare ad entrambi lo stesso ruolo, cosicché ci siano più di un Detective e di un Assassino.
- Scrambled Spawns - randomly selecting a room for players to start in the mansion, except the Detective always spawns in the Study.
- One Unlock Only - spawns one unlockable weapon for the first player to collect all five clues, and no more clues will spawn for anyone else.
- Invisible Knives is a game modifier that only allows the Murderer to see knives that are on the ground. Knives are still visible in the Murderer's hands.
