You can hide visibility by going to the Group tab within the VRChat client, selecting the group, and clicking the cog icon at the top right on the menu. This will open a Group Settings submenu, to which you can change visibility at will. It is also possible to change visibility from the VRChat website by going to the Group tab in the sidebar, selecting the group, clicking My Membership, and choosing the Visibility setting right for you.
| Visible | The group is shown on your profile for everyone. |
|---|---|
| Friends Only | The group is only shown on your profile to your friends. |
| Hidden | The group is hidden from your profile. |
