Terrors of Nowhere 是一個僅限PC遊玩的PVE 遊戲世界，由 Beyond 與2023年10月發佈。在這款遊戲中，最多16名玩家將在一个隨機的地圖場景中與一個隨機實體（遊戲中稱爲Terror）進行長達三分鐘的生存對抗。

每輪回合之間的時間為 中場休息（Intermission），你可以趁此機會喘口氣，並收集更多腦啡肽結晶（遊戲内貨幣，縮寫為Eph）。 腦啡肽水晶 會定期在大廳場地四周生成，您可以在腦啡肽商店中使用 Eph 購買道具，以幫助自己或他人在未來的回合中幸存。

回合類型

除了經典回合以外，特殊回合有 50% 的機率在每第二回合出現，如果第二回合也是經典回合，那麼第三回合則必定為特殊回合。

• 經典(Classic) - 這是Terrors of Nowhere的常規回合，實體會從標準（經典）池中隨機選出；玩家有三分鐘的時間生存，有時根據恐懼的不同可能會稍微延長，難度亦會有所變化。

• 迷霧(Fog) - 這是帶有濃霧效果的經典恐懼回合，玩家人數會被隱藏，實體名稱也會顯示為“???”；能見度可以透過輝光／精神線圈提升，或透過雷達發現揭示實體名稱與距離，不過，熟練的玩家通常能透過聲音判斷出其身份——有時還會出現替代型Alternate。

• 懲罰(Punished) - 這是經典恐懼回合的一種，在此回合中玩家會失去所有道具，無法逃脫或反擊；回合結束後，必須在商店中重新裝備道具。

• 替代型(Alternate) - 會生成來自替代池的實體，這些實體通常更難對付，往往需要高度的協調才能生存下來；部分替代型實體在成功存活後會提供道具作為獎勵。

• 血洗(Bloodbath) - 會同時生成三個來自經典池的實體，其難度取決於它們的組合與所選擇的場地，可能從尚可應對到幾乎不可能生存。

• 午夜(Midnight) - 基本上是 血洗(Bloodbath)的加強版，其中三個實體中會有一個替代型(Alternate)，使該回合難度大幅提升——預期會有大量玩家死亡。

• 破壞(Sabotage) - 會生成一個來自普通池的實體，並隨機選出一名玩家成為「破壞者」，破壞者配備一把能一擊必殺的匕首；除了「Arrival」以外的實體都會無視破壞者。如果破壞者未能在回合結束前殺光其他玩家，將會在回合結束前死亡，並必須在商店中重新裝備原本的道具。

• 8 頁(8 Pages) - 玩家必須在地圖中收集 8 頁發光的紙張，每次只能撿取一頁；實體會在找到第一頁後或過了一定時間後生成。大多數道具會像在「懲罰」回合中那樣不可用，但仍然可以使用某些特定道具。與其他回合類型不同的是，「8 頁」回合預設時間為 190 秒。

• 奔跑 - 在時間耗盡前跑到地圖的另一端。

• 失控(Cracked) - 這是經典回合的一種，但實體的移動速度與攻擊動畫都大幅加快；此回合類型缺乏平衡性，使得某些實體變得不公平，且部分實體在失控形態下的行為可能異常。

• 雙重麻煩(Double Trouble) - 這個回合原本應該是 血洗(Bloodbath)，但其中一個實體會嘗試生成兩次，導致出現兩個不同的實體，其中一個會成為其升級版。

• 無拘無束(Unbound) - 從一個新的池中生成一組預設的實體，這些實體包括許多社群建議的組合，這些組合通常是不可能生存的，導致難度有所變化。

Banana香蕉	250 SP	香蕉是一種可以讓玩家......把香蕉皮丟到地上的道具。香蕉一旦掉在地上，就無法再撿起來，只能從商店裝備一個新的。和磚頭一樣，你也無法召回它。	-在回合中只能設置一次。 被放置後的香蕉皮會讓踩到的玩家「啪嗒！」地被彈飛，而若是恐懼（Terror）從上方經過，則會被暈眩。 香蕉皮會在設置後90秒自然消失，對環境也很友善。 在消失前可多次觸發，根據場合可發揮極大效用。
TBH	500 SP	小小那傢伙，那個小生物。 這傢伙沒長腦子。那個嘛…… 就是靠「氣氛」活著的東西。 試著稍微用力捏一下，應該會發出聲音的。	- 使用時，會暫時獲得 +5 的速度。 - 同時會讓自身陷入燃燒狀態。 - 再次使用需要冷卻時間。/small>
Darkgrey人偶	750.5 SP	是Darkgrey！ 天哪！ 帥炸了！ 太絕了！	– 就像Darkgrey一樣！ - 超帥！ - 真他X的猛！ - 快看這個！！！！

Thorn Glognut荊棘格洛納特	正宗的格洛納特！蓬鬆的小海綿蛋糕，裹著亮琥珀色的美味糖霜，含糖量極低。 超美味，令人上癮！每個Giggler、Gembo或其他什麼人都至少嚐過一次。	食用後，獲得“咕嚕視覺”（如果你有暈動症，這可能不適合你，因為咕嚕視覺效果非常強。），大幅提升速度，並獲得持續15秒的無敵。此外，你的生命值將降至10%以下。	在替代型恐懼Glaggle Gang生存後獲得。

Joyous Orb歡樂球	從遙遠的太陽系回收來的古老遺物。它看起來像是在沉思，又或者只是睡著了。 如此神秘的物體，究竟會夢見什麼呢？	在回合中釋放後，寶珠會隨機在場地中飛行，沿途暈眩所有接觸到的恐懼，最終引爆。無法在大廳中使用。	在替代型恐懼Joy生存後獲得。

Torch of Obsession迷戀火炬	在冬季節慶活動（Winterfest）中，成功熬過寒夜（Cold Night）即可獲得的道具。使用時會釋放範圍昏迷（AoE暈眩）效果並進行回復，同時還能提供光源。
Snow coil雪地線圈	在冬季活動期間中，可於商店旁的雪山採集以解鎖的道具。即使冬季節慶（Winterfest）結束後，這個道具仍可永久保留。儘管名稱帶有“雪”字，其實它的速度比普通的速度線圈略慢一點——真的只是一點點。但好處是，擁有這個道具的玩家不需付費。
