「信任與安全」（Trust and Safety）系統[1]，是 VRChat 為了保護用戶不受到惡意用戶或不當內容的影響，並提升 VRChat 整體使用體驗的一項機制。

VRChat 的內部管理與審核流程是以《VRChat's Terms of Service》（服務條款）與《VRChat's Community Guidelines》（社群守則）為基礎。所有管理與處分皆依據這份文件進行解釋及判斷，其為平台上所有內容與行為規範的最高參考依據。

指南

VRChat 的《社群守則》，提供了較《服務條款》更容易理解的解釋，並延伸說明了《服務條款》未涵蓋到的各種情境。這些守則為用戶在平台上規劃與管理自身使用體驗時，提供了相當重要且實用的參考資源。

《Creator Guidelines》（創作者指南）提供了關於世界（World）與角色（Avatar）的詳細說明。同時也為在 YouTube、Twitch 等平台上製作影片內容的 VRChat 用戶提供相關指引。這些守則亦包含了針對 VRChat 中，各種媒介形式的內容警示說明。

個人安全

VRChat 的安全功能是平台中極為重要的一環，提供了多項機制協助所有用戶享有安全且可自定義的使用體驗。進階安全設定可在「設定」（Settings）區段中進行調整，更多詳細資訊請參閱設定條目。

保護層級

「保護層級」（Shield Levels）是在遇見新用戶並接觸到其角色或其他內容時的第一道防線，它會依據用戶及其角色的信用等級，進一步啟用或停用特定功能。

在保護等級設定中，用戶可選擇多種預設配置，其中包括「最大」（Maximum）、「正常」（Normal）、「無」（None）與「自訂」（Custom）。這些選項都可以在快速選單（Quick Menu）中直接切換。點擊快速選單右下角的「安全模式」（Safe Mode）按鈕「」，即可馬上啟用「最大」防護等級。

如果是新手的話，建議一開始可以使用「正常」或「最大」設定。若想在不受保護層級的限制下，完整查看其他用戶的角色，可在開啟快速選單的狀態下選取對方，並於「角色顯示」（Avatar Display）下方，點擊以「眼睛」圖示標示的「顯示角色」（Show Avatar）。

使用「自訂」保護層級時，用戶可以自行設定各個信用等級的用戶，在自己視角中所受到的限制方式。這些設定可以在「設定」裡的「保護層級」分類中進一步調整。

這是需要謹慎使用的預設方案。這項設定會無視信用等級中的大多數安全功能。使用這項保護等級的用戶，有可能會因為惡意用戶導致電腦當機。

安全模式

當用戶電腦無法負荷或遭遇嚴重延遲時，可以隨時在快捷選單中點擊「」按鈕，緊急開啟「安全模式」（Safe Mode）。這項功能會立即停用大多數用戶角色、用戶語音，以及任何可能造成延遲或緊急狀況的內容。啟用安全模式後，效能通常能夠恢復至可正常使用的狀態，而好友不會受安全模式影響。安全模式下，除了好友外，所有用戶的角色都會變成無四肢版本的機器人角色，直到安全模式被關閉為止。

在 VR 模式下，同時扣住兩側扳機鍵與兩個快捷選單按鈕，能夠快速觸發安全模式；使用鍵盤時則可以同時按下 Shift + Esc，同樣能夠啟用安全模式。

若要退出安全模式，請開啟快速選單後再次點擊安全模式按鈕。或者，也可點擊「回起始世界」（Go Home）的按鈕離開所在房間。

用戶管理工具

VRChat 主要依靠用戶的自我管理，來處理大多數與用戶、世界、角色或與群組相關的情況。VRChat 提供個人管理工具，讓用戶可依自身經驗判斷，透過靜音、封鎖、隱藏及檢舉等方式，自行調整與管理自己的遊玩體驗。

管理用戶

你有很多種工具能夠用來管理周遭的其他用戶。你可以選取與你在同一個房間中的用戶進行操作，或透過主選單中的「搜尋」功能去搜尋用戶，對其進行預防性操作。你也可以在主選單的社交標籤頁中，透過瀏覽「最近遇見」（Recently Seen）欄位的方式，進一步對那些用戶進行操作。

靜音用戶

當某位用戶過於吵鬧或令人困擾時，你可以選取那位用戶，降低其麥克風音量，或直接將其完全靜音。若你與那位用戶處於同一個房間中，對方會在你的名牌上看到一個「已靜音」（Deafened）的指示圖示「」，表示你已將其靜音。

或者，你也可以降低那位用戶的音量，最低可調整至 5%。此操作不會顯示任何指示圖示。

靜音用戶的對話框

如果有用戶透過對話框輸入了讓你感到困擾的訊息，你可以選取那位用戶，向下滾動並點擊「用戶對話框」按鈕來將靜音他的對話框。而當那位用戶的對話框被靜音時，其對話框顯示正在輸入的內容會顯示成紅色，且那位用戶所發送的訊息不會顯示。

封鎖用戶

如果某位用戶持續造成困擾，你可以把他封鎖，而你們將會無法再看到彼此。除非那位用戶在房間中具備管理權限，否則無法得知你已將其封鎖。你可以前往主選單中的「社交」標籤頁，向下滑動至「已封鎖」欄位，可以瀏覽你的封鎖清單，並可在此進行檢舉或解除封鎖的操作。

注意：任何全域的 Udon 腳本或預製組件仍可能在全域範圍內同步你的存在狀態，包括已被你封鎖的那位用戶。

檢舉用戶

如有需要，你可以透過檢舉用戶的功能，選取某位用戶或搜尋其名稱，並針對其具體行為進行檢舉。當檢舉送出後，那位用戶會被標記給 VRChat 信任與安全團隊，後續有可能會採取進一步處置。不過，為了保護用戶隱私，任何管理處分的結果都不會向檢舉者公開。

踢除用戶

你可以透過發起「投票踢除」來將那位用戶從房間中踢除。房間內所有信用等級為「New User」或以上的用戶都會收到通知，並可選擇「Yes」或「No」來對這位用戶進行投票。若房間內多數用戶投票為「Yes」，則那位造成干擾的用戶會被從房間中踢除，且在踢除後一小時內無法重新加入該房間。

具有房間管理權限的用戶可以跳過投票踢除流程，直接踢除這位用戶。在群組房間中，擁有管理權限的用戶也可以選擇立即將某人踢除或封鎖，並可預先封鎖這位用戶加入那個群組未來所開設的任何房間。

管理角色

你也可以管理你周圍的角色顯示。你可以使用顯示、隱藏、全域隱藏或檢舉角色等選項。

顯示、隱藏或封鎖角色

用於角色顯示可見性的快速選單設定。

如果某個角色造成困擾或引起效能問題，你可以將那個角色本身隱藏。你也可以「全域隱藏」某個角色，這會依據其「藍圖 ID」（Blueprint ID）進行封鎖，並在未來即使其他用戶使用了相同的角色也不會再讓你看到。

根據你的保護層級以及角色效能偏好設定，系統可能會自動顯示或隱藏角色。你可以透過「設定」標籤頁來調整這些偏好。

顯示角色

當選取某位用戶時，你可以在「角色顯示」欄位中點擊「眼睛」圖示，以顯示其角色的另一個效能版本。此操作會將那位用戶的「後備角色」（Fallback）、「投影替身」（Impostor）或受保護版本的角色，切換為完整渲染版本。

隱藏角色

在「角色顯示」欄位中點擊「斜線眼睛」圖示，會將那位用戶目前使用的任何角色變體，替換為一個無腿的機器人版本，其名稱為「Utility BLOCKED」。

全域隱藏角色

選擇「全域隱藏角色」（Globally Hide Avatar）後會將那個角色的藍圖 ID 封鎖，而當任何用戶切換成這個角色時都不會顯示。這個操作等同於對那個角色進行全面「封鎖」。

注意：如果好友使用了你已全域隱藏的角色，那個角色仍可能會顯示給你。將這位用戶的角色可見性切換為「受保護角色」，即可將這個角色隱藏。

過濾角色

在用戶選單的「角色顯示」欄位中點擊「盾牌」圖示，會將那位用戶的角色，還原成依據你的保護層級與角色效能偏好所設定的變體。

檢舉角色

當需要檢舉任何角色內容時，應選擇這個選項。選取那位用戶後點擊「檢視角色詳細資訊」（View Avatar Details）即可進行角色檢舉。若不確定該內容是否違反社群規範，建議改為標記「內容警告」（Content Warning），或是在內容警告未被正確標示時進行回報。

管理群組

群組相關內容可能會讓人感到複雜，但你可以透過幾種方式來管理你在不同 VRChat 群組中的使用體驗。這些方法包括檢舉或封鎖群組、取消訂閱群組公告，或隱藏名牌上的群組橫幅。

檢舉群組

你可以透過搜尋群組，或瀏覽這位用戶的群組列表，在群組頁面中將違反社群規範的群組，提交給 VRChat 信任與安全團隊以檢舉群組。

封鎖群組

當你收到群組邀請時，你可以封鎖那個群組，以阻止其再次向你發送邀請通知。然而，你仍然可以在用戶的名牌上看到那個群組的橫幅。

解除訂閱公告

如果你已加入某個群組，但不希望接收公告或貼文通知，你可以前往那個群組的頁面，點擊右上角的設定齒輪，並選擇「取消訂閱公告」（Unsubscribe From Announcements）。若要重新啟用公告通知，請返回那個群組頁面並選擇「訂閱公告」（Subscribe To Announcements）。

隱藏名牌上的群組橫幅

你可以隱藏群組橫幅在名牌上顯示。

  • 前往主選單中的「用戶介面」分頁。在「名牌」欄位下，你可以關閉「顯示群組橫幅」（Show Group Banner）的切換選項。
  • 或者，你也可以開啟動作選單，前往「選項」（Options），其中有一個「名牌」的子選單。從那裡你可以關閉「群組橫幅」（Group Banners）。

回報世界

大多數世界不會包含違反社群規範的內容。所有上傳的世界在公開之前，皆會先經過社群實驗室審查。然而，若你在某個世界中發現可能令人不適的內容，則可以對那個世界進行檢舉。若不確定其內容是否違反社群規範，建議在檢舉那個世界時改標記「內容警告」（Content Warning）。

回報房間

當你在世界選單中瀏覽房間，或正在參與某個房間時，若房間內的內容違反社群規範，你可以透過檢舉按鈕對那個房間進行檢舉。
