Pride Month 2025 is a community event to celebrate Pride Month for 2025. The event featured a pride-themed hub world, a charity fundraising campaign for Trans Lifeline, and several rewards for users participating. It took place from June 11, 2025 - June 30, 2025.

Details

On May 28, 2025, VRChat shared a post on their social media outlining their plans for the Pride Month 2025 event. Attached to the post was a video and a link to the Pride 2025 landing page.

The landing page includes notable dates of the timeline of the event:

• June 11: Charity Hub World & Fundraising Begins
• June 20: The Official VRChat Pride Parade Stream
• June 30: Exclusive Pride Content Rewards

The VRChat Official Pride Hub is where users can come together and celebrate LGBTQIA+ community during the event. The hub features, posters, pride floats and representable flags, set in a vibrant nighttime island.

Pride campaign

The Pride Campaign is a charity fundraising campaign for Trans Lifeline, a trans-led nonprofit that offers direct emotional and financial support to trans people in crisis. VRChat will match all Gift Drop purchases, and 20% of VRC+ gift purchases, donating up to $100,000USD.

Users can participate and track progress by navigating to the Pride Campaign tab in the VRC+ page, or through the campaign boards in the hub world or the VRChat Home. By participating in the campaign, users earned several rewards.

On June 13, VRChat announced that they will be doubling their match for Trans Lifeline from $50K to $100K, due to overwhelming support. The goal was reached on June 20.

The final participation stats for $100,000 goal are:

• 24,680 total participants
• 36,819 total VRC+ gifts and gift drops.

Note: These stats are when the campaign met it's $100,000 goal, users who participated after the goal was met are not included in the total.

The campaign began at 4:58PM UTC on June 11th and ended at 11:59:59PM UTC on June 30th.

  • Available to everyone
  • "Rainbow Ribbon" item
