The Pride Month event in VRChat is an event annually hosted in the month of June. The event celebrates Pride Month while being hosted in a Pride-themed hub world. The event also hosts a fundraising campaign called the Pride Campaign, which fundraises for Trans Lifeline. Participating users are able to earn several rewards.
History
On May 28, 2025, VRChat posted their plans for a Pride Month event via X and a YouTube video.[1][2] Pride Month 2025 would start on June 11.[3]
On May 29, 2026, VRChat detailed their plans for Pride Month 2026 via X along with an image revealing dates for Pride performances.[4] Pride Month 2026 would start on June 1.[5]
Hub World

Accompanyning the event is a Pride-decorated hub world. Users are able to come together to celebrate Pride and the LGBTQIA+ community in this world.
It is an island set in the night featuring several Pride decorations: posters and floats as well as flags. You are also able to track the Pride Campaign through campaign boards.
The Pride Campaign
As part of the event, a fundraiser by the name of the Pride Campaign is hosted. The Pride Campaign fundraises for Trans Lifeline, a trans-led nonprofit and crisis hotline supporting transgender people.[6] VRChat matches 20% of all VRC+ gifts and every Gift Drop purchase to Trans Lifeline. You are able to track progress either through the campaign boards in the hubs or through a dedicated tab in the VRC+ page.
During Pride Month 2025, VRChat was able to raise $100,000 for Trans Lifeline by June 20th.[7] Originally, the match for Trans Lifeline was $50,000 but was doubled due to "overwhelming support" only 2 days after the event had started.[8]

Trivia
- Although the event started in 2025, for Pride Month 2024 VRChat decorated the default home with pride colors.
