El menú rápido es el menú más utilizado en VRChat por su versatilidad. Ofrece varias funciones de manera instantánea, incluyendo accesos para abrir otros menús y consultar información de un vistazo.
Al abrir el menú rápido, siempre se muestra en la pestaña acceso rápido, simbolizada por el icono de un cohete en la parte inferior. Las funciones principales del acceso rápido son los carteles publicitarios y el acceso rápido a enlaces rápidos y acciones rápidas, como se describe en los recuadros mostrados. Se pueden cambiar entre las pestañas ubicadas en la parte inferior del menú Rápido, expandir o cerrar las menús laterales, cambiar el reloj o acceder a los demás botones.
Carteles publicitarios del acceso rápido
Los carteles que se muestran en el acceso rápido pueden notificarte sobre eventos de VRChat, nuevas funciones o recursos para jugadores nuevos. En casos poco comunes, los carteles del acceso rápido pueden mostrar un mensaje para que actualices VRChat si se lanza una nueva función a nivel de sistema, o para informarte si actualmente estás usando una versión de la Beta abierta de VRChat, en la cual podrías estar aislado de amigos que jueguen en una versión diferente.
Recuadros
Dentro del acceso rápido, hay ocho botones o recuadros que se encuentran en el centro del menú rápido. Estos recuadros se utilizan con frecuencia durante una sesión de VRChat para cambiar de mundo, de avatar e ir a ajustes.

Widgets
Widgets is an element that appears above the section where your social status, clock and VRChat Credits are. This area displays information about certain features that are turned on or the status of world related features.

Header
The header, located at the top of the menu, consists of more user-tailored elements.
Profile

To the left side of the header is the profile. You can click it to change your nameplate status, and availability, edit your biography, languages, or URLs attached to your bio.
Clock

Users can change their clock settings, such as the hour mode and time zone. As well as the clock variant, there are 33 variants to choose from.
Below are the list of clock variants:

| Normal Clock (Default, Boring) | Displays a clock at the top of the Quick Menu. |
| No Time! to talk? | Removes the clock entirely from the Quick Menu, leaving it blank. |
| LGBTQ+ Clock | Puts up a colorful rainbow clock, in reference to the Pride Flag. |
| Swatch Internet Time (.beats) | An alternate decimal-based time measurement; displays .beats |
| VRChat Session Time ⏱️ | Shows how long you have been online for, in HH:MM. |
| VRChat+ Ultra Premium Time ☆ | Turns the clock yellow. This is a VRC+ exclusive clock! |
| Date Time (ask them out, you got this!) | The month, date, and year in MM/DD/YYYY format appears. |
| Is It Thursday? | Replies "No" every day, except Thursdays where it says "Yes". |
| Large Clock | The same as the Normal Clock, but in a larger, easier to see font. |
| Tiny Clock | The same as the Normal Clock, but in a smaller, harder to see font. |
| WAY TOO LARGE CLOCK | Larger than the Large Clock, which exceeds the boundaries of the Quick Menu. |
| Broken Clock | Always red and blinking "12:00AM" or "00:00", like an LCD alarm clock. |
| Shader Time | Displays the current time, in pink. In reference to a Missing Shader error. |
| <blink /> | Allows the current time to blink. |
| <marquee /> | Causes the clock to 'scroll', as if it were a digital marquee. |

VRChat Credits

The VRChat Credits (also referred to as VRC Credits) element shows the user's current VRChat Credits balance at a glance. Selecting it opens up the Marketplace page. The amount of VRChat Credits can be hidden, by activating Streamer Mode.
Other buttons and elements
- FPS & Ping: Defaulted off, enable it in the Debug section of the Launch Pad settings tab. Located above the header, it displays the current FPS & ping.
- VRCat: VRC+ only, located above the header. It displays VRChat's mascot, VRCat, clicking it will cause dialogue to appear in a speech bubble.
- Report (Launch Pad, Here tabs): Located on in the top right. Click it to report a user, avatar, world, or group that is currently in the instance the user is in.
- Expand: Located on the top right of each tab. Clicking it will open the respective Quick Menu tab into its Main Menu counterpart.
- Microphone: Located at the bottom left, underneath the tabs. Clicking it will toggle the microphone. This button does not respect the Microphone Behavior setting.
- Safe Mode: Located at the bottom right, underneath the tabs. Clicking it will hide non-friends avatars and mute non-friends instantly. To disable Safe Mode, you can click the button again, or click "Change Safety Shield" tile on the Launch Pad.
- Exit (Settings tab): Located on in the top right. Clicking it will prompt the user to close VRChat.
